Bart Basden earned a B.B.A. in 1989 from Stephen F. Austin State University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1999. Before and during law school he worked for 12.5 years for 2 property casualty insurance carriers handling property and casualty cases of all kinds. For more than 20 years his practice with Johanson and Fairless, L.L.P. has included extensive trial practice with more than 70 jury verdicts, coverage work and representation of individuals and corporations in disputes large and small. Timothy
Nisbet joined Johanson & Fairless as an associate in 2010. Prior to
joining the firm, he worked in-house at an Oil & Gas company. Tim was
an honor student at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his B.B.A.
in 2006. He then went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Houston
Law Center in 2009. Tims practice focuses on energy-related matters,
personal injury, contract disputes, construction matters, and subrogation.
Tim is also fluent in Spanish. He has handled cases from inception through
trial. |
